So here is pretty much where I took this. I really have to work on my process, getting better at keeping my layers separated, using more time to generate interesting color solutions and in general spend more time on the stuff that is not what I do well. I think also next time I will do some more of the detailing in black and white, in the lineart, perhaps map out cast shadows before rendering. Hopefully that will make for some better stuff.

All in all though, it is progress, of a sort.
